Broccoli-Noodles

I want to share another recipe with you guys, which is really quick this time, but also totally delicious and something a little special.

 

Broccoli-Noodles

  • 2 Portions
  • Preparing time: 15 minutes
  • Cooking time: ~ 15 minutes

Ingredients:


For the pesto
  • 150 g of cooked broccoli
  • 60 g of walnuts or almonds
  • 3 tablespoons of yeast flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • some herbs
  • salt 
  • pepper
For the Broccoli-Noodles
  • 250 g of noodles
  • 250 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g of cooked broccoli


Method:
  1. Cook the 400 g of broccoli.
  2. Cook the noodles.
  3. Mix all the ingredients listed above for the pesto. 
  4. Stir the pesto into the noodles and add the rest of the broccoli and the tomatoes.
  5. Enjoy!
