Broccoli-Noodles
I want to share another recipe with you guys, which is really quick this time, but also totally delicious and something a little special.

For the pesto
Method:
Broccoli-Noodles
- 2 Portions
- Preparing time: 15 minutes
- Cooking time: ~ 15 minutes
Ingredients:
For the pesto
- 150 g of cooked broccoli
- 60 g of walnuts or almonds
- 3 tablespoons of yeast flakes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- some herbs
- salt
- pepper
- 250 g of noodles
- 250 g of cherry tomatoes
- 250 g of cooked broccoli
Method:
- Cook the 400 g of broccoli.
- Cook the noodles.
- Mix all the ingredients listed above for the pesto.
- Stir the pesto into the noodles and add the rest of the broccoli and the tomatoes.
- Enjoy!
