Fairy Wonderland

What's in your fairy wonderland? Is there a castle build out of sand, or a beach with a wonderful white bank? Are there animals  and unicorns, some wise and old and some newborns? Does it include sun and laughter, as well as rain and the rainbow after? Will there be friends and family, also strangers, but no tradgedy? Is there peace all around and lot's of love to be found? What's in your fairy wonderland? And how to bring it here?  

Innovative vegan sauce

The reason I like this recipe so much, is the creativity behind it. On my own, I would have never tried this recipe as sauce for noodles, because it's actually like a carrot soup (as soup it's delicious as well), but now it's one of my favourite meals. It's also really quick to make, so enjoy!   Carrot sauce Preparing time: 10 minutes Cooking time: ~ 10 minutes Ingredients: 1 onion a chunk of ginger (about 2 cm) 1 carrot a piece of zucchini (also about 2 cm) coconut milk salt  pepper paprika powder  oil Method: Chop the onion and fry it in oil for about 2 minutes Add the chopped ginger, carrots and zucchini and let all of that fry for another 3 minutes  Pour in the coconut milk and season the mixture Let it simmer for about 5 minutes Mix all the ingredients in a blender Enjoy with noodles/ rice/ anything else :)

How to selfcare with veganism

T his week at university, one task was to prepare a short presentation on the topic selfcare and I was like: Why not do something on veganism?   As this is a very important subject to me, the presentation evolved to be a bit longer than expected, but I just wanted to give those of you, who are interested, some input on that topic. *Disclaimer: Some sources of knowledge are written in german, but I will add them all the same for completeness of content* Why veganism as selfcare?
