Berry-Chia Seed-Jam
Because I eat vegan and also refined sugar-free, it's really difficult for me to find sweet treats. So I was really happy when a friend of mine introduced me to this jam (greetings towards Luxembourg!). I've made it so often since that Brunch and love it! I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

Berry-Chia Seed-Jam
- Preparing time: 10 minutes
- Rest time: preferably over night
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of (frozen) berries
- 2 Tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 Tablespoons of fruit juice/plant based milk (depending on the sweetness you want to achieve)
Method:
- (Thaw the frozen berries.)
- Smash the berries with a fork for juice to seep out, until the fruit remains only a little chunky.
- Add the juice and the chia seeds.
- Let the mixture sit in the fridge over night.
